Future Business Centre

The Future Business Centre is an enterprise hub for a growing community of individuals and companies looking to create a positive impact for planet and people in Cambridgeshire. The centre supports organisations with social and environmental impact at the heart of their work.

Future Business was a current client of Honest and came to us to design and develop two sites; one site to promote the new Centre and the other as a campaign to raise money to fund the build. I fully conceptualised both site designs and produced all templates.

Main Future Business Centre Site

I designed this full site with the current Future Business brand guidelines in mind, but took it a step further adding new page context appropriate icons and illustrations to give the site a modern, friendly and approachable feel while also capturing ideology behind the centre.

The site had to engage the Centre’s audience not only with the progress of the development but also the concept and provide further information about facilities and the community. It also included an interactive section allowing potential tenants to explore the centre by floor and room.

Campaign Site

The objective of the campaign site was to raise money to fund the build of the Centre. The goal was £2 million. Based on the 'million dollar homepage' the campaign was based on a 'wall of support' where businesses had the chance to feature their logos to promote their own businesses, the size of the image they got allocated depended on the amount of their donation.

"Tammy has many great qualities as a Senior Designer, not only can she turn her hand at creating a brand defining campaign utilising real insight and a 'sixth sense' for what will work for the consumer but also has that rare skill of being able to breathe life into that vision through her creative technical skills too. Media design & build, campaign web sites, moving image and illustrative knowledge coupled with marketing edge, is an appealing mix of skills that make Tammy a unique designer. "

Rajen Mistry, Head of Creative at Golley Slater Digital

"Tammy worked for us (Mobas) on a number of occasions on a freelance basis. Tammy worked exceptionally well with our team and produced fantastic results. Tammy clearly understood the briefs given to her and our clients were always extremely pleased with her designs."
