Center Parcs

Website Redesign

Usability focus groups were placed at the heart of the 2009 redesign strategy. With the rise of the ‘Staycation’, Center Parcs sought to maximise the potential of their online presence in a competitive UK marketplace. The look and feel brought the brand to life with a more intuitive navigation, creating a smoother, more familiar user journey and instant feel for the Center Parcs brand and experience.

I played a key role in this project working with my art director to produce the new page designs. I also attended the focus groups and presented the work to the client.

"Whether we're responding to a short brief or working to a full specification, Tammy consistently delivers work of the highest quality. She has a sensible grasp of practical development concerns such as SEO and accessibility which ensures her concepts translate to device properly. We've worked together on website redesigns, brand creation and development, mobile device design, touchscreen interfaces and HTML email design. Tammy is a diligent, commercially minded designer and I will continue to work with her for the foreseeable future."

Steven York, Head of Development at Golley Slater

"Tammy has many great qualities as a Senior Designer, not only can she turn her hand at creating a brand defining campaign utilising real insight and a 'sixth sense' for what will work for the consumer but also has that rare skill of being able to breathe life into that vision through her creative technical skills too. Media design & build, campaign web sites, moving image and illustrative knowledge coupled with marketing edge, is an appealing mix of skills that make Tammy a unique designer. "
